Hilliards is famous for melt in your mouth and very chocolaty fudge. Our original family recipe is made from scratch with fresh cream, butter and all natural ingredients with no preservatives. We cook these fresh ingredients in copper kettles and stir by hand with wooden paddles. It is a labor of love that we wouldn't change for anything!
